Wes State Lands is a privately held company formed to assist private individuals wishing to acquire oil and gas lease properties through the Government sponsored leasing programs.
For over 28 years the company and its staff have helped literally
hundreds people in this endeavor. To date the people at Wes State Lands
have acquired tens of thousands of acres in behalf of their clients.
Much of this property has been resold to oil companies, large and small,
for the purpose of future exploration and development.
Throughout the years they have made it fun, easy and affordable for people, from most all walks of life, to be able to participate in a little-known program generally thought to be available only to oil companies or the very well to do.
They have done this by keeping the level of risk, for those wanting to participate, to a absolute minimum while providing a consistently high level of customer care and service. They pride themselves on the many clients that have been successful in this program and especially for those that have realized the dream of not only acquiring oil and gas leases but those who have seen their leases sell and ultimately be developed into producing leases by the oil companies that have purchased them.
Of course no one can guarantee the eventual outcome of any oil and
gas lease parcel or who will or won’t obtain leases through this remarkable
program, but at Wes State Lands we solemnly pledge to do everything
